How it works?

Step 1: Free Discovery Call (15 minutes)

A brief conversation to assess your health needs, goals and how my services will best support you on your health journey.

Step 2: Initial Naturopathic Consultation (90 minutes)

Initial naturopathic consultations are a deep dive into you as a whole being. We will dive into your health history, diet, lifestyle, physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health. At the end of your consultation, I take time to create a personalised treatment plan which may include a holistic understanding of your health concerns, herbal medicine, supplements, dietary & lifestyle guidance, connection exercises and any referral for functional testing or blood work where necessary. This plan will be sent out to you after your appointment. Please allow up to 90 minutes for your appointment, usually 75 minutes in person is often sufficient and I use the extra time to formulate your treatment plan.

Step 3: Return Naturopathic Consultation (60 minutes)

Return consultations are for existing clients and involve a focused check-in and review of your progress to see how your body's responding to your treatment. We'll fine-tune your treatment plan and make adjustments to your protocol where necessary. If functional testing has been done, this will be a time for analysis and review of results and clarity for next steps. Please allow up to 60 minutes for your appointment, usually 45 minutes in person is often sufficient and I use the extra time to formulate your treatment plan.

Fertility extends beyond reproduction, it’s life expressed through your body’s natural rhythms, which shapes how you feel every single day. Your hormones speak to every system in your body, and the health of your menstrual cycle reflects this intricate interplay, offering insight into your body’s overall health and balance.

Your hormonal system and nervous system are deeply interconnected, influencing nearly every system in your body. Stress can disrupt reproductive function, and shifts in hormones can change how your body experiences stress. By supporting the foundations of both systems through nutrition, lifestyle, circadian health, and, when needed, herbal medicine, supplements, or psychotherapy, you create the conditions for healthy hormones, fertility, and lasting vitality.
