Understand
your cycle.

Balance your hormones.

Prepare for pregnancy.

I support individuals and couples through every stage of the fertility journey— whether you're preparing for pregnancy, struggling to conceive, or know your hormones and cycle need some love. Bringing together evidence-informed naturopathic care, fertility testing, nutrition, nervous system support and psychotherapy, we look beyond isolated symptoms to understand the bigger picture of your reproductive health. Bridging the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.

Fertility extends beyond reproduction, it's life expressed through your body's natural rhythms, shaping how you feel every single day. Your hormones influence every system in your body, and the health of your menstrual cycle offers a window into your overall health, resilience and vitality.

Hi, I’m Bronte.

Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathy
Post Grad. Counselling & Psychotherapy

I’m a bachelor-qualified naturopath and psychotherapist with over six years of clinical experience, with a particular love for women’s hormones, fertility and reproductive health. My approach has been shaped by years of study, clinical practice and further training across psychotherapy, birth work and bodywork — all of which have taught me that our health rarely exists in neat, separate boxes.

My own interest in hormonal health began after experiencing significant changes to my hormones and mental health after coming off the pill in 2013. What started as a personal desire to understand my own body grew into a much deeper fascination with the menstrual cycle, and the intricate relationship between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Today, I bring these worlds together to support women and couples to understand their reproductive health more deeply, prepare for conception and feel informed and empowered in their fertility journey. I offer my services from Wumb Space in Byron Bay, my in-home postpartum care across the Northern Rivers, and I also work online.
